How do I sync with iCal?

To sync iCal or Outlook calendars to your iPhone, you have to use iTunes.

iTunes Settings

1. Attach your iPhone or iPod touch to your iTunes
2. in iTunes, select your iPhone/iPod in the list on the left-hand side
3. Go to the Info tab
4. Select the calendars you want to have synced
